Return & Refund Policy
At Double A Infinity, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items (excluding sale items) for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return an Item
Initiate Your Return:
- Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team. Provide your full name, Order ID, details of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide the return address and any additional instructions.
Processing Your Return:
- Once we receive your returned items, we’ll issue store credit via a gift card. You can then use the credit to place a new order for the correct size or color.
Important Notes
- Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused—to qualify for a return due to health and hygiene standards.
- If an item is exchanged and returned again, a handling fee may apply to cover excess shipping costs. We’ll inform you of this before processing the return.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for non-faulty items. Store credit will be provided instead once the return is received.

Return Processing & Shipping Costs
- Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit. If you’ve tracked your return as delivered but haven’t received confirmation yet, don’t worry—it’s still being processed.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and store credit will only be issued for the cost of the items, excluding any shipping fees.
- Item Responsibility: The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our facility. Once received, it will be inspected. If the item is worn, washed, used, or returned outside the specified timeframe, it will be refused and sent back to you at your expense. Double A Infinity is not liable for return shipping costs.
By returning your items, you agree to cover all associated costs to receive store credit for the value of your goods. Store credit will be issued for the cost of the items only (minus any discounts applied). Any costs for reshipping your goods are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any issues or costs incurred by courier services.
Sale Items: Return & Exchange Policy
- Final Sale: Items purchased on sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. Double A Infinity does not offer store credits for any products purchased on sale.
- Sale Price Validity: Sale prices are only valid during the sale period. We do not offer credits or refunds for price differences on items purchased before or after the sale period.
Condition of Return
- Original Condition: All products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Items should be free from the scent of perfume, deodorant, washing powder, and must not have any makeup or tan marks. If tags are removed, the item will no longer qualify for a return.
- No Hair: Items covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted.
- Hygiene Restrictions:
- Lingerie bottoms are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Swimwear must be tried on with undergarments. The hygiene strip must remain intact; items will not be accepted if the strip is removed, altered, or if there are signs of wear.
- Unused and unopened products are eligible for exchange.
All returned items are thoroughly inspected. If an item does not meet these return conditions, it will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
All postage and handling costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Double A Infinity is not liable for return packages that do not reach us.
Return Options
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Once we receive your item in good condition, we will issue store credit, which can take up to 7 days to process. Please don’t be concerned if you haven’t heard from us immediately after tracking your return as delivered. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
- Note: No refunds will be issued unless the product is faulty. Faults must be reported to Double A Infinity within 14 days of purchase and will need to be assessed before any refunds are provided.
Faulty Items
